Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We will do our best to be on-time for the meeting and expect the same of our clients. We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for our clients to join the meeting room before considering the client a no-show and ending the meeting. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be eligible for a refund. To avoid this outcome, please provide notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
